Erik Burtis
Erik was born & raised in Eldorado, Illinois. After high school, he served in the United States Coast Guard from 1993 to 1997 as an Aviation Survivalman and then a Damage Controlman. Following his service, he began a career as an Ironworker Foreman to 2003. From there, he started his first business as a steel erection company. In 2008, he started his second business, Red Bird Machinery, for construction and coal mine maintenance. In 2021, he co-founded Prestige Project Management.

Shanna Parmley
Shanna is a native of McLeansboro, Illinois. She graduated from Belmont University with a Bachelors in Business Administration. Following college graduation, she enlisted in the United States Navy where she served four years honorably as a Cryptologic Technician. After leaving the Navy, she worked as a project manager in San Diego, California. Shanna returned to her hometown of McLeansboro in December 2015 and began working as the Procurement Coordinator and Asset Manager for Rides Mass Transit District. Shanna joined Prestige in 2022.
Business Development
Wade Thomas
Wade was raised on the family farm in Hamilton County, Illinois. He graduated from McLeansboro High School. After high school, Wade worked in the golf industry for three years while attending college. Wade received his BS in agriculture education and in special education from SIU-Carbondale. He later obtained his MS in educational leadership from EIU in Charleston, Illinois. Wade worked in public education for almost 30 years. He was a teacher, assistant coach, head coach of multiple sports, athletic director, and administrator. Wade has spent the last 21 years as a high school administrator and coach. He has had the opportunity to be directly involved in two new athletic complex and parking lot construction projects and numerous other school and athletic renovations. Wade joined Prestige Project Management in August 2022.
