As the owner’s representative, we provide comprehensive management and coordination throughout all stages of a project to ensure it runs smoothly and that complex goals are met. Prestige operates as part of the project team but work under a separate contract held with the owner. Our objective is to improve processes, reduce costs, ensure quality and maintain the project budget and schedule.
